Delete Your PackBridge Account

PackBridge ("we", "our", "us") allows users to delete their accounts. This document explains how to request deletion and what data is affected.
1. How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your PackBridge account, please send an email to:

- Subject Line: "Account Deletion Request"
Upon receiving your request, we will process the deletion of your account within 7 days.
2. Data That Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following personal data associated with your PackBridge account will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, etc.)
- Contact information
- Your shipment and traveler history
- Messages exchanged through the platform
- Reviews you have posted
3. Data Retention
Certain data may be temporarily retained for legal or fraud-prevention purposes. This includes:
- Payment transaction logs
- Verification logs
This data will be retained for a maximum of 90 days before permanent deletion, in compliance with legal obligations and to ensure security and integrity of our services.
